Are you a fan of Netflix’s Orange is the New Black? If so, then you’re probably familiar with both Piper Kerman, author of the original book the series is based on, and Alysia Reiner, who plays Natalie “Fig” Figueroa on the show. Both actresses are passionate about the work of Women’s Prison Association (WPA) and they’re on board to join us at our next Twitter Party! Kira Kazantsev, Miss New York, is also joining this important conversation.

Join us on Wednesday, July 2nd at 1pm ET for the #2ndChances Twitter Party to celebrate and discuss getting a second chance and the important work of WPA. We’re giving away over $600 in prizes throughout the hour!

Women’s Prison Association (WPA) works with women at all stages of criminal justice involvement, promoting alternatives to incarceration and helping women who live in the community to avoid arrest or incarceration by making positive changes in their lives. We’ll be chatting about what they do to help and learn more about their #2ndChances campaign. Running from May through September of 2014, the campaign features a video series of personal second chance stories shared by women at WPA, staff, community members and celebrities.
