"If you are looking for a quiet spot to spend time as a family, but with plenty to see & do, take a gander at Beaufort, South Carolina. This sleepy town is so picturesque that Hollywood has used it as the backdrop for such films as “The Prince Of Tides” and “Forest Gump”, and while there are many lovely cafes, bakeries, chocolateries, coffee shops, and restaurants in the district, you won’t find a Starbucks or a McDonalds in town."

"I love looking for off-season bargains when traveling. There's nothing like getting luxury accommodations for a fraction of the cost, so my recommendation would be to visit a wonderful all-inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen or Cancun. So I am always looking for great NYC hotels that will allow us to drive in, park our car and stay overnight, so that we can take in all the sights and sounds without for a solid 24 hours with no distractions. Spending time outside with my family. Our winters seen SO LONG here in PA and it's GREAT when Summer arrives & we can get out and have fun & get some fresh air.

One of my favorite things I like to do in the Summer since I live in New York City is to ride the Air Condition buses in Manhattan at see all the wonderful sites, architecture and people watch. Its like taking a tour of parts of the city without passing out in the heat. I pack a lunch, put on my head phones and grab a window seat. :-)

My favorite thing to do in summer is to go to the beach and surf! I love hanging out with friends by the pool and spending time outside!
