The role of a lifetime? or career poison? Who knows what lies ahead for the actor who lands the movie role of the kinky billionaire in the screen adaptation of E.L. James' bestselling trilogy which has sold 70 million copies worldwide.

Universal Pictures announced that Charlie Hunnam, the actor who had originally been set to play the lead, was dropping out of the adult romance and would not be taking on the role.

I've never heard of most of these guys, but looking at their pictures I found online, I'd say either Colin Egglesfield or Henry Cavill. The only thing is, to make them look like I pictured Christian Grey when I read the books, he'll have to be clean shaven and have somewhat longer-on-top copper-colored hair.
