I am a mom of four little kids and sometimes its really hard to get yourself done. The easiest thing I can say is mosturize, mosturize, drink plenty of water and if you dont like that put some drops in it like the crystal light they are good. Always clean your face before bed and get a good nights sleep

One of my beauty secrets is healthy skin. It is absolutely important to was your face every night and morning. Take you makeup off at the end of the day no matter want. Exfoliation is key to smooth skin and should be done weekly. Sunscreen should be worn everyday no matter if the sun it out.
