I try to get enough sleep and eat well. I drink lots of water, too. If I am going to be out in the air for any length of time I use moisturizer because the wind tends to dry out my skin.

If you are going to be using your fingers to apply makeup remember to keep them clean before you apply it. I keep baby wipes handy to wipe my finger tips in case I need my fingers to be clean to apply something else and to not dirty my things.

Always, always, ALWAYS use sunscreen before applying anything else on your face. Always. You don't want your skin to be all patchy and UV-damaged, because in the future, you'll just need more product, and it's just a perpetuating cycle of awfulness.

I swear exercising daily purges my pores of impurities because of sweating so much, I follow working out with a warm shower using a gentle deep cleanser = glowing skin! I also eat plenty of fresh veggies/fruit, tons of water & use a great toner/moisturizer w/ spf!

Drink a lot of water. Drinking water helps dried out & tired skin to plump up more. It also helps clear skin that is more prone to blemish due to impurities in your system.

When you get over 50 you need a lot of beauty secrets, LOL!. I have several things I do religiously, that help me look my best. I always use moisturizer with an SPF. I stay hydrated, this helps my skin look good from the inside out. I use baking soda to remove stains from my teeth and keep my SMILE looking great. I use redness reducing eye drops to to make my eyes sparkle! I NEVER go to bed without removing EVERY trace of makeup! I use hair pomade to control and shape my eyebrows, applied sparingly with a child size toothbrush.
