I would like to would like to rev up my metabolism because I still need to loose the baby weight I gained from the baby i had 17 years ago!
After having 2 high risk pregancies i gained so much weight, that lead into depression and so much anxiety. I have now learned to change all that. I eat healthy and exercise 4 to 5 days a week. I would love this book it will motivate and encourage me to stay on this path and learn a better way.
