I volunteered in my Kindergarten twins class today. Both gave me big hugs when I can in the room. LOVE them!
My 5 year old ran into my bedroom this morning and came up to me and whispered "I love you Mommy, you are so pretty" and then ran into the bathroom to use the potty. What a great alarm clock!
my grandson greeted me at the door when i came home from work wearing a diaper and a pirate hat with his sword and ran and told me "i wub you" then gave me a sword to play with him.
My two month old giggled when he heard his big sister getting in trouble. It was the cutest thing!!
My three year old son walked up to me and said kiss me mom and then told me that he loved me.
My niece put a box over her head and walked around calling herself "Sophie Robot" - It was so cute and funny!
My friends baby pointed at the most expensive ring in the jewelry store and cried when she couldn't have it, lol. Just like her mommy!
I mentioned that I was cold and that I needed to get my sweater, when my 3 year old appeared with my sweater in hand and said here you go mommy, I love you! Hugs and kisses all over!
I work at Holiday Inn now and don't have kids at the moment.I rarely see any families since I work nights. Just yesterday I was greeted by a little kiddo about 4-5 years old that greeted me at the front desk. 'I'd like to make a reservation'...I giggled when I saw the little girl. Her name was Mariah...like the singer she said. After I finished the paperwork I just smiled and bid them a good rest. I immediately wanted to have a child of my own. Children are so smart and when they're nurtured by great parents they develop excellent communication skills big props the great parents of Mariah
I tweeted: https://twitter.com/Petula1968/status/305919017355444224. But I also wanted to tell you what my two younger daughters did today that made me smile. Talked to their dad about getting their ears pierced - especially since their niece will be getting hers pierced (LOL). He texted me, it's his weekend, and informed me of their request. Too cute for me.
My nephew trying to convince my brother that he needs more time on the Kinnect made me smile. His negotiation skills need a little more work.
My son belted out "twinkle, twinkle little star" while I was putting on his pj's.
Today, my daughter said I look like Mrs. Obama but more beautiful because I am her mommy!
