My favorite brunch is an omelet filled with whatever leftover veggies we have on hand.
I would have to say my favorite is peaches and cream french toast, a nice hot cup of coffee and my family and friends surrounding me :)
i keep it simple with french toast made with whole wheat bread, with a little cinnamon & vanilla in the egg mixture for the french toast, top with fresh strawberries, butter & syrup. don't forget hot yummy coffee to go with it!
I never hard of the Virtuoso Coffee Grinder, but am reading up on it now. Thanks SheSpeaks! And Happy New Year!
my favorite holiday dessert is tiramusi,. . imake individual ones and put them in little martini glasses! so festive and very tasty! i cannot live without coffee...so my desserts always refelct it. Coffee is a bond between my friends and family as well as my inspiration for daily life!
This makes me want to really try some new recipes. Thanks.
The Cranberry Orange Cinnamon Rolls sound amazing! It is tradition for me to make cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning - the day before, I prepare the dough through the first rise, fill and shape them, then let them rise slowly overnight in the refrigerator. The next morning, I let them rise for an hour at room temperature while I bake a Quiche Lorraine, then pop the rolls in the oven so we can enjoy them fresh. Topped with a cream icing, nothing tastes better than tender, warm cinnamon rolls; I will gladly try the afore mentioned variation for a delightful change of flavor. I have recently been teaching my 16 year old niece to make cinnamon rolls, and she is really enjoying working with sweet bread. Traditions, even simple ones, give you something to look forward to, a rewarding sense that everything, if only for a day, is in its place. It is even more rewarding when you can pass that special tradition on to someone else.
i love using pomegranite seeds in my salads to make it more festive for the holidays. fresh salad mix, pomegranite seeds, sliced pears, toasted almond tossed with olive oil, red wine vinegar and lemon. enjoy!
Nothing like the smell of fresh brewed coffee! It smells so much better and tastes better when freshly ground. I grew up hearing the buzz of a coffee grinder. It is the only way to truly enjoy a perfect cup!!
I have no recipe.
Love all the recipes and the prizes too!
I have an easy truffle recipe that is quite decadent. You take 15 Green creme-filled Oreos and pulse in food processor. Add 2 oz. cream cheese and process. Roll these into 24 small balls. Melt 24 Ande's mints in the microwave and then dip the balls in. You have Creme de Menthe Truffles!! You can also drizzle some melted milk chocolate on top!
I would love to win this contest as we are big coffee drinkers. I use the Torani syrups that I got from SheSpeaks to add flavor to our coffee. I love the smell and taste of freshly ground coffee!
My favorite brunch is homemade cinnamon rolls. They are wonderful fresh out of the oven. I grind my own flour at home and use the whole wheat flour. .
I love green bean casserole made with corn added
