We always have a traditional Christmas breakfast of Bacon, tomatoes, and biscuit sandwiches. We also make gravy with the bacon drippings and have biscuits and gravy.

I put the ingredients for cinnamon french bread in the crockpot before I go to bed and when we get up it's already made. House guests who are early risers can help themselves and it is still warm and delicious for late risers too. It takes the stress out of everyone having to get up in time for breakfast. Just leave the table set before bed and everyone is happy. Same for the coffee make. I set it the nigh before so it's hot and ready at the crack of dawn for the early rising guests.

OMG...Out of liquid creamer !!! As I was making holiday treats. I found myself wanting to have a cup of coffee. And when I reached inside the refrigerator I was out of cream !!!! I did have powder. But it did not have any flavoring. As I stood in my kitchen. Pondering to go next door. I wondered if my neighbor was even home. And voila!!! I saw left over Eagle Condensed Milk !! OMG!!! what flavor !!! try it!!! you?ll love it !!! I will try this on my husband and guest. For our New Year gathering !! Let you know how it went !!!

I'll probably be working this N ew Year's Day because I'm a nurse and that's how it is, but I will need my coffee. Winning a great Virtuoso-what a great deal that would be! My favorite recipe is 1 pkg of grands biscuits spread into the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan. Top with frozen hash browned potatoes (12 ounce bag), layer sausage patties on top of that. Beat 4 eggs w/ a tablespoon of milk and a teaspoon of flour. Pour over the sausage and other ingredients. Sprinkle chedder cheese over the top, salt and pepper to taste. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven on the center rack or 20-25 minutes. Wonderul breakfast casserole! Bon Appetit!
