I would love to win something.....I could really use a coffee grinder as my husband loves to buy coffee beans instead of ground coffee. Thank you for the chance...crossing fingers!

I am going to add my fave recipe to the recipes page! Breakfast and brunch type recipes are some of my favorites, especially making a make-ahead french toast casserole on Christmas Eve so it's a super easy, tasty breakfast Christmas morning. Thanks for the great giveaway!

We started a new tradition this year, it's called Hellter Skellter, similar to Monkey Bread, but with butter, pudding, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Everyone loved it!

Tuna fish and cucumber salad You need one hard boiled egg and one cucumber. Crack the hard boiled egg and remove the shell. Slice the cucumber into small triangles or cubes then add salad dressing or mayonnaise to taste. Add in one can of tunafish to the mix9Be sure to mix it throughly with the cucumber then chop up the boiled egg into small pieces) then add some sunflower seeds or bacos for taste.

My favorite holiday recipe is "Green Eggs and Ham." It's a bit of a twist on traditional eggs benedict. Instead of canadian bacon, wrap proscuitto around asparagus spears and broil on high until the proscuitto is crispy. Use the wrapped asparagus sprears in place of the canadian bacon and voila! Green Eggs and Ham. It's a SURE winner, my son loves it, and it gets a few extra veggies into an otherwise incredibly decadent breakfast. Enjoy!

We had a great Christmas brunch breakfast dish this year. It was Orange-Pecan French Toast. We assembled it the night before and popped it in the oven the next morning. It was delicious!

I love this cran-orange compote on pancakes for holiday breakfasts. We use the easy just-add-water pancake mix, but you wouldn't know it with this on top! In a wide pan mix together 3/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup water, 1 Tablespoon orange zest. Heat on low-medium, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Pour in one bag fresh cranberries (12 ounce bag) and raise heat to medium. Bring to a boil, stirring, as cranberries begin to break and sauce thickens. After about 6-7 minutes, remove from heat and let cool. Can keep in fridge for many days after cooking.

Our family LOVES Paula Dean's breakfast casserole and Monkey bread. Both can be made the night before so all you have to do is pop them in the oven and enjoy Christmas morning with you family. The BEST!!!!!

Being a culinary graduate, I love the holidays and cooking for my family. There are so many great recipes I can share but the best recipe of all is not that unusual and it is rather common. 1. invite family/ friends, 2. share a great meal, 3. have great conversation and catch up with those we don't see everyday, 4. exchange secret Santa gifts amongst adults and watch the children open their presents with glee 5. be thankful, cherish one another at home and abroad and of course give thanks.
