I have an easy truffle recipe that is quite decadent. You take 15 Green creme-filled Oreos and pulse in food processor. Add 2 oz. cream cheese and process. Roll these into 24 small balls. Melt 24 Ande's mints in the microwave and then dip the balls in. You have Creme de Menthe Truffles!! You can also drizzle some melted milk chocolate on top!

I would love to win this contest as we are big coffee drinkers. I use the Torani syrups that I got from SheSpeaks to add flavor to our coffee. I love the smell and taste of freshly ground coffee!

My favorite brunch is homemade cinnamon rolls. They are wonderful fresh out of the oven. I grind my own flour at home and use the whole wheat flour. .

Our tradition every Christmas morning is to have warm homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I'm always on the lookout for different cinnamon rolls recipes to try out with my family!

I really love making Belgian waffles, among other things. But, I make plain ones and chocolate ones, using the recipes from The Settlement Cookbook. I also make a breakfast casserole that is good hot or cold, layering cooked hash browns, chopped ham or bacon or sausage, shredded cheese, and eggs blended with cream and baking it in the oven.

I LOVE this time of year!!! I always pic a holiday-inspired liquid coffee creamer for my a.m. cup and add whipped cream & a candycane! And since the kitchen & I don't get along, this year i was SUPER-EXCITED to invent a recipe for a simple & quick holiday treat! Super-duper Easy Peppermint Bark: 1. Melt 1 bag of Wilton's white candy melts + 1 bag of Wilton's chocolate candy melts (separate bowls) 2. Pour onto a pan lined with wax paper & smooth with a spatula 3. Add Andes peppermint baking bits 4. Hold pan a few inches off the counter, then drop it so the peppermint chips settle 5. Refridgerate until cool
