Description: Great for quick meals and for something different everyone will love!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup
Butter
4-6
Chicken breasts or tenderloins
1 box
Stuffing (Chicken flavored or whatever you want)
1 can
Chicken broth
1/2 or 1 can
Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 or 1 can
Cream of Celery soup
1 cup
Grated cheese (optional)
1 cup
Sour cream (optional)
1 can each
Green beans and corn (optional other veggies)
Instructions:
You can either mix chicken in with mix or layer at the bottom. Also, you can either put it in the pan as is, uncooked, or fry it up to cook it a little. I always fry it up a little then put it in.
Prepare the stuffing as directed and melt butter into it for flavor if desired. And if using bullion cubes, bowl water and cubes til dissolved.
In other bowl, mix the 2 cans of soup, broth and if applicable, sour cream, cheese, chicken and veggies. Or you can pour this mix onto top of chicken pieces.
Pour into pan and mix in a little of the stuffing then layer top with rest of stuffing.
Bake at 400° covered with foil for 15 minutes then you can remove foil if desired and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
