Whipped cream topping or smoothie without calories!

for this amazing treat you can either use it as a whipped topping or have it as a midnight snack, it is low in calories no fat and just perfect for those wanting to keep the weight off and have a sinful treat!
1 medium or large bag
frozen fruit (your choice)
half a cup for sweetness
any blender will do
cream de cocoa (optional)
1 small can
ice cube trays
In your blender add in 1 can of coconut milk, and 1 bag slowly of the frozen berries on chop until all mixed (do not let the berries or fruit thaw) when thickened you can add the apple juice if you wish to make it sweeter however it should be thick and sweet enough. Serve
Modified recipe for frozen cream and fruit snacks:
Add in some cream de cocoa if you would like frozen milk fruit bars. (caution cream de cocoa is packed with sugar!)
Place in ice cube trays with tooth picks for a frozen after treat!
Makes 9 plus servings takes 3 minutes to make (unless running to the store)
