I wrote this yesterday...I went to Franklin Regional in Murrysville so the events that transpired there yesterday really hit home:

Not in Our Town:

I heard about a shooting at a school and thought we are safe it would never happen in Our Town.
 
I heard about a shooting at a movie theater and thought we are safe it would never happen in Our Town.
 
I heard about a shooting at Ft. Hood and thought I used to live there .....things are getting bad but still not in Our Town we are safe.
 
I heard about a mass shooting at an Elementary... School it was in a small town Sandy Hook, Connecticut. I thought my son is in Elementary school things are getting worse but, still maybe not in Our Town but, we better be careful.
 
Today I heard about a mass stabbing in Our Town we are not safe it can happen anywhere. 
 
My friends children go there, people I know work there,
 
I walked the halls myself. 
 
I cannot say Not in Our Town Anymore because it has happened in Our Town.
 
I realize today every town is Our town and this can happen anywhere. 
 
All we can do is hold our children tell them to be safe and pray to God that it will not happen again in "Our Town". #PrayersforFR
