Makes: 2 cups
Description: Cut the cost of buying expensive vegan mayo, when you can make your own at home. Very easy recipe that taste like the real thing.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup
soy milk
1 teaspoon
garlic salt
1 teaspoon
dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon
onion powder
1/4 teaspoon
sugar
pinch of
paprika
1 cup
canola
2 teaspoons
vinegar
Instructions:
In a blender add the soy milk, garlic salt, mustard, onion powder, sugar, and paprika & turn on the blender on low for about 30 seconds.
Add in 1 teaspoon of vinegar while still blending, then drizzle in half of the oil. Add in the 1 more teaspoon of vinegar and drizzle in the second half of the oil.
Turn the blender on high for 1-2 minute.
The mayo should have a semi thick consistency.
