A little goes a long way. It is very good and blends well.

I have been using this Ultima product for years, but now find it is no longer available. I am very upset about that, as the product works extremely well to keep your eye shadow in place all day long. Especially, the older you get, make up tends to clump together by the end of the day. When I use this product on my lids, the eye shadow stays the way I put it on at the beginning of the day. It does not crease up, and looks just as good by the end of the day. It is easy to use, and you only need a little at a time.
