Easy...EASY tuna recipe. It is one of our favorite Christmas Evening meals. I grew up eating a fish dinner every Christmas. Why? Because it is healthy and usually a nice break from all the heavy foods we indulge in during the holidays.
12oz can chunk light tuna
whole wheat egg noodles
cheddar cheese with dill
Cook noodles as package dictates and drain, place back in pot. While noodles are cooking melt cheese & salt/pepper. Add in milk slowly with a whisk until you have reached a smooth, melted consistency. Add in tuna. Pour cheese mixture over noodles, toss to coat, and serve! Garnish with parmesan and dill if desired
