I love teas and this one has a nice peppermint flavor. I can't say that I fell asleep after drinking it, but it is definitely very relaxing . I have since then tried other flavors from the Republic of Tea and love them all.

This is the best spearmint tea I've ever had. The flavor is amazing and it does help me to drift off to sleep. It's great on cold winter nights.
