Description: A sweet, yummy salad that will get your kids to actually eat cottage cheese!
Ingredients:

med. can crushed pineapple, very well drained
2
cups cottage cheese
1
large pkg. strawberry jello (or any flavor you like!)
1
8 oz. container whipped topping
1
small can madarin oranges (drained) (optional)
Instructions: Place cottage cheese and pineapple in large bowl. Sprinkle Jello over all and mix well. Fold in whipped topping until color is even. Garnish with orange slices, if desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Ohhh..I love this stuff & wasn't sure how to go about finding a recipe. I didn't know the real name for it..I always called it "Heaven". Thanks for the recipe.
This looks amazing! Although I never heard of adding cottage cheese, we call it Marshmellow Fluff
I make this all the time. We also cut fresh strawberries into it and use tiblits pineapples instead if crush. Huge hit

Omg when I was amid we made this every holiday or big family get together!! It is really amazing. We used to add chopped pecans or walnuts. Gives it a good crunch!!!!:)
