Description: Crispy, crunchy, salty outsides, and soft warm insides.
Ingredients:

Baking potatoes (or as many as you need)
3-5 Tbsp
olive oil
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with foil, and place washed and dried potatoes on it. Sprinkle a good portion of olive oil on top and roll to cover completely. Add a generous pinch of a salt. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, and top with your favorite chili, cheese sauce, or just some bacon and sour cream!
