Description: Our favorite Toddler Friendly Green Smoothie. Jam packed with spinach, hemp hearts, and fruit--this smoothie is a great way to get a lot of different nutrient rich foods into your body (and your little one's body) daily.
Ingredients:
1-2
Bananas
Handful
Frozen Mango Chunks
Heaping Handful
Spinach
2 TBSP
Hemp Hearts
1 TBSP
Coconut Oil
1-2
Pitted Dates
4-8 oz
Vanilla Almond Milk
Instructions: Instructions on this one are pretty simple: Toss all of the ingredients into your blender and blend away! We use a Ninja Pro with Auto IQ on the Ultra Blend setting, which I press twice. It gets blended for a solid two minutes.
