a super yummy roast to put in the crock-pot so you can come home to an amazing meal
Boneless Sirloin Tip Roast
cup of sun-dried tomatoes
cup of barbecue sauce
cup of mild salsa
cup chopped onions
cup Italian dressing
tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1. Place roast in slow cooker and with all ingredients leaving the sun-dried tomatoes for last.
2. Top with sun-dried tomatoes.
3. Cook 6-8 hours on low.
4. Make sure pork has cooked to 160 to 145 degrees F, with a three-minute rest.
5. Serve and enjoy!
