Strawberry Season is typically from June until August. It's a beautiful thing! The grocery store or Farmer's Market is full of lucious, ripe strawberries. This Strawberry Pie recipe is easy to make and doesn't require turning on the oven.
1 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch 1 Cup Water
3 Tablespoons strawberry-flavored gelatin powder
4 cups strawberries
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Mix the sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan, stir constantly, cooking until thickened.
Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Pour over strawberries and mix well.
Pour mixture into pie shell, refrigerate until set.
Top with whipping cream or topping.
Makes 6-8 servings
