These Really Work! I have been using these for a few months and I definitely have noticed a difference. My hair thinned out since having kids and this is the first product that is making me feel like I'm getting my "old hair" thickness back. They are vegetarian, all natural and don't make your tummy upset like some vitamins can. I take 2 a day -- they are delish too!
