It's usually okay and somewhat refreshing. I'm not usually a Starbucks/caffeinated drinker, so I rate this drink a 4-star. There is also a 90mg amount of caffeine so you won't go over the roof. The drink has the right amount of everything every time, but it does have its issues. The drink tastes good until you start tasting the artificial flavors. Sometimes it has more crushed ice and sometimes it is a smooth slushie feel to it, so I don't know how it's actually supposed to be. But overall, the drink is good if you enjoy a sweet treat any time of day.

Delicious and convenient These Starbucks Caramel Frappuccinos are delicious! They aren't overly sweet. They are so convenient too. I can just stick in in my purse and go.

Do not get if you're not into super sugary drinks Kids might love it but warning it is super sugary and gives me coffee chills after like an hour. More like a sugar drink than a caffeine one, so not for me but you might like it if you're not all into coffee as much

soooo delicious!!! I got to try the Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino a couple of weeks ago. My sister bought it for me. This is so delicious. I love it and I am not suppose to have it because of the amount of sugar in it, but I can't help it. It is so good.

YUM YUM in a cup This is by far one of my favorite coffee drinks. It's not so sweet that the coffee does n ot still come across. This is my go to order at Starbucks.

Caramel Frappucino I was never a huge fan of any frappucino because of the coffee concentrate they use. Swap it out with some espresso shots then you get a 5 star treat!

Dream in a cup, this Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino is a treat when i have a bad or long day when you want something to drink and a regular cup of coffee will not due head over to Starbucks and treat your self. I do Yummy :-)

Sweet Drink Delicious. I like to order this with sugar free caramel syrup. I don't think I miss the sugar taste in this at all. I sometimes will splurge with the added whipped topping but not always. I find the Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino to be tasty enough without adding all the additional calories from the whipped topping or the regular sugared caramel syrup.

Yummy!!! Absolutely love Starbucks Caramel Frappuccinos, I am more of a strong coffee drinker but this is my stepdaughter go-to drink to order and an occasion treat for myself as well!

Delicious If you love caramel and something not hot this one is for you. It is on the sweeter side but you can always ask for less caramel. I love getting this at Starbucks.

Love these! I?ve only gotten to go to a Starbucks and get one of these caramel frappuccinos a few times since I live hours from the nearest store. They were absolutely delicious. I love caramel and coffee so this satisfied both those cravings. I didn?t think I would like it because I prefer my coffee hot but I was blown away by the flavors. If you?ve never had one of these, try it, like I did. You might like it, too!
