Dianna Kennedy is the Catholic homeschooling mother of six, writing about her misadventures in homeschooling, living her faith and managing a large family over at The Kennedy Adventures! I live in: Louisville, Kentucky, home of the Kentucky Derby!

My niche is: Parenting, homeschooling and faith.

When did I start blogging? Back in 2007, when I was pregnant with my identical twins.

I write when: I can get up before the children, or have the energy to stay up later. On road trips, I always bring a notebook and will write while my husband drives.

How has blogging changed my life: Blogging opened a new world for me as a creative outlet, as well as a boundless community of support in my faith and homeschooling journeys. I've met people literally around the world.

A brand I have loved working with: Seventh Generation - I love their commitment to creating a safer home environment by minimizing chemical exposure.

How do I see the future of blogging/social media: It's wide open. My favorite social media areas/venues are places where I can truly connect with and learn from others.

Where I work: In my day job, you'll find me at the hospital - I'm a registered nurse. 2014 marks 21 years for me.

I am connected: A little too much. I've been trying to limit myself to mornings and evenings to answer emails, but that's a hard habit to break.

When I’m stressed, I...Tend to be much more short tempered. I'm waiting for clearance from my doctor next week to start running again. (Just had a new baby).

My favorite gadget is: My iPad. It goes in my bag wherever I go.

My favorite travel destination is: The beaches in Florida - perfect family vacation!

My favorite clothing brand is: Ann Taylor Loft or Banana Republic, all scored from consignment stores and Ebay.

I do all my shopping: Online, unless we're out and about without the little ones.

My favorite TV shows: House MD, Merlin (BBC), Sherlock, and Doc Martin.

My favorite movie: Shakespeare in Love.

Coffee or tea: Both! I love coffee in the morning, and tea in the afternoon! I can't live without my fancy creamers, and won't drink 'regular' coffee from the drive thru.

I love: My faith, my husband, and my children.

I dream about: Having an organized house, as well as peace and quiet.

Where you can find my writing: My main hub is The Kennedy Adventures. I also contribute to Catholic Mothers Online, The Homeschool Classroom, and New Evangelizers.

What else I do: I'm the host for the weekly iHomeschool Hangouts on Google - you'll find us discussing homeschool and family management topics.

Causes I've worked with and made a difference via blogging about: I was recently involved with Champions for Kids SIMPLE Giving campaign, and my children look forward every year to packing a shoebox for Operation Christmas Child.
