Spinach Lasagna

Makes: 4 Servings

Description: This is an easy and delicious recipe and it is pleasing to children and adults

1 box  Oven ready lasagna
1 pag  Shredded cheese
1 jar  Picante sauce
I bag  Frozen spinach
1 pag  Ground turkey
1 tub  Feta cheese

Instructions: Cool ground Turkey and set aside. Next thaw out spinach and press between paper towels to absorb water. Mix Turkey spinach and Picante sauce (any type of Picante will work. I recommend using extra mild for kids) together and set aside. Next get a 912 pan and place a thin layer of the mixture on the bottom then place a layer of lasagna and more off the mixture then add some shredded cheese repeat until you have used the whole box of lasagna. Then add feta cheese. Bake on 350 for 40 minutes or until lasagna is soft. Serve with a side salad and fresh rolls.

Delightful oven baked kale that is just slightly crunchy and chock full of flavor! The coconut adds just a slightly sweet taste to it.
