Southern Garden Pasta

Makes: 6 4

Description: I know this sounds too easy & simple to make a fuss over, but this is the MOST amazing pasta dish & side with a meal, especially grilled meats. The key to this entire recipe is to buy ONLY garden FRESH TOMATOES (preferably all veggies but the tomatoes are a MUST). I urge you to try this recipe JUST ONCE & see if you aren't craving more!

Ingredients:
3-4  Garden FRESH Tomatoes (highly discourage store bought ones)
1/2 head  Cauliflower
1  Your choice of onion
1 tbs.  Italian Dressing (*Optional if you think tomatoes aren't enough flavor)
2 tsp.  salt
1 tsp.  pepper
1 lb.  any type of pasta

Instructions: Cook pasta as directed. Chop all veggies up pretty thin & fine in a large bowl, leave tomato peel out as well, but be sure to include all the (fresh from the market or garden) tomato juice IN the bowl as you can. Combine veggies, pasta & mix it up very well, getting all juices stirred in. Then add salt & pepper (maybe just a small dash of garlic) & taste. Add in Italian dressing to the tomatoes if you think it needs a bit more zing! This is great with grilled steaks or just feast on it all by itself! Enjoy!
