A fun casserole that's easy to make!
corn (we like fiesta style)
Sloppy Joe/Manwich sauce (we use original)
sweet onion, chopped
lean ground beef
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until the meat is brown and cooked throughout. Add in the corn and Manwich, mix well, pour the Manwich mixture into a 8x8 baking dish. Top with a single layer of crispy crowns. Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
