Simple Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes: 12 cookies
Description: A very simple, flourless cookie that my mom used to make for us kids all the time and for after school!
Ingredients:
1 cup
creamy peanut butter
1 cup
sugar
1
egg
1 tsp
vanilla
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease cookie sheet. Mix all together. Dish out by the teasponful on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake for about 13 minutes. Will seem soft but will harden as they cool!
Enjoy.
