A classic. No kitchen should be without one. Published in 1982, it revolutionized American cooking and entertaining, and to this day, it never disappoints. Chicken Marbella remains one of the famous recipes of all time! Chili for a Crowd, Tarragon Chicken Salad, Ratatouille, Salmon Mousse, Linguine with Tomatoes and Brie....the favorites are too numerous to mention. The book is now available in a 25th Anniversary edition with color photographs replacing the original charming line drawings by Sheila Lukins. The book contains hundreds of cooking and entertaining tips in the margins and makes for fun reading if you never make it into the kitchen. You will not regret owning this book. The recipes are well presented, easy to cook and road tested!
