Makes: 8 servings
Description: Wonderful combination of cabbage and sausage!
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons
butter
1 medium
onion, sliced
1 small
cabbage, chopped or sliced
1/2 teaspoon
seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon
pepper
1 pound
smoked sausge
1/2 cup
green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup
chicken broth
3 cups
cooked noodles
Instructions: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cabbage and cook for 5 minutes or until wilted, again stirring occasionally. Stir in salt, pepper, sausage, pepper and chicken broth. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Add noodles and mix all together.
