sweet potato or butter nut squash cut in 1 inch strips
red pepper cut in strips
small clove garlic
1/2 tea or more
peel and cut in 1 inch cubes butternut squash or sweet potato (or both)
slice a red pepper in strips
slice onion in strips, add 1 clove garlic
put squash on greased dish in oven 400 degrees. After about 15 min add peppers and onion some cumin olive oil to coat and continue baking about 25 min more add salt and pepper and save
