Reynolds RELEASE foil is just sooo great. I use to hate cooking in the oven and then having to clean stuck on food. Also it is really a plus that items that are breaded or have skin, don't leave the breading or skin on the pan. Food looks so much better when it isn't ripped off and stuck on a pan. When you think of the time and stress that it saves, you wonder why it took them so long to have a product like this. One of a few products that are worth the extra money.
