Quick * Easy, no-bake protein balls for on-the-go snacks!
organic rolled oats (not quick oats)
mocha cappuccino 100% Whey Protein
almond peanut nutter butter (any nut butter will do)
unsweetened almond milk
ground flax seed meal
organic coconut oil
-Measure out honey and coconut oil - melt in microwave (10 sec.)
-Put all dry ingredients w/almond nut butter into bowl
-Once melted add in melted honey and coconut oil
-Stir until well mixed
-Roll into balls with your hands - it's sticky so be patient with it
-Place in the refrigerator so they harden up
-After 20 min. they are good to enjoy!
