I am an avid baker and I am in love with these pans. They are very high quality and they really live up to their "non-stick" claim. I have gone through tons of other pans trying to find something that is truly non-stick. I was extremely happy when I didn't even spray the pan with PAM and my roasted potatoes didn't stick to the pan. I have recently baked some cakes and I am able to flip them right out of the pan! Other pans I have paid as much as I paid for this whole set always stuck! I definitely recommend this for yourself or a gift for someone else!
