Makes: 18 cookies
Description: These cookies are so delicious and full of protein that it is hard to just eat one!
Ingredients:
1 cup
Sunbutter Sunflower Seed Butter
1 cup
Organic Coconut Palm Sugar
1
egg
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix the ingredients together and stir until dough consistency is achieved.
Spray a light colored cookie sheet with olive oil spray. You could also use coconut oil, avocado oil, or nonstick parchment paper.
Scoop out dough a tablespoon at a time and roll each into a perfect little brown ball of deliciousness.
Resist the urge to eat the dough balls. You can do it.
Score the tops with a fork, just like you do peanut butter cookies.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Eat one cookie, then stare at the others, wishing you could eat them but knowing you really shouldn't.
Eat more cookies and vow to jog later to make up for it. ;)
You can get anywhere from 12-20 cookies, depending om how big you make your dough balls. The bigger the cookie, the more calories in it. If you make smaller cookies, you can eat more without feeling guilty about it later! :D
