Makes: 2 Pies
Description: This a delicious quiche (or cheese & bacon pie) that is very rich! It refrigerates well and tastes even better on day 2!
Ingredients:

Deep Dish Pie Crusts
8
Eggs
1/2 Pint
Heavy Cream
2 Cups
Shredded Cheese
1 Pound
Bacon (cooked, chopped)
Salt & Pepper
To taste
Instructions: Mix eggs and cream together. Fold in bacon and cheese. Pour equal amounts into pie crusts. Bake on 375 for approx. 45 minutes!
