I got my cold sore on Monday and I went out to buy this product at a reasonable price. Put it on before I went to sleep that night and I notice the next morning it wasn't itching nor as puffy as the day before. It also looks like half of it has already healed too. Definitely using this next time I notice the first symptoms of Cold Sore to avoid being embarassed.
