Description: Homemade pumpkin pie with a streusel topping.
Ingredients:

refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box .
1
(15 oz) pumpkin (no pumpkin pie mix)
2
large eggs
2 TBLS
Real Maple syrup
1/2
Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Teas
pumpkin pie spice
1 Tea.
Salt
1
(12 ounces) evaporated milk
1/2 tea
finely grated and minced Orange zest
Instructions: Combine filling ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a whisk or electric mixer until well blended. Pour filling into crust and bake for 15minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 40 minutes more or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool and refrigerate. Top with whipped cream, if desired, for serving.
