Pumpkin Pie Dip

Makes: 3 cups
This super easy and very yummy dip has a great fall flavor and goes great with apple slices, pear slices and graham crackers.
8oz package cream cheese, softened
15 oz can solid-pack pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
teaspoon vanilla extract
teaspoon ground ginger
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add the pumpkin, pie spice, vanilla and ginger; beat until smooth. I make mine the night before I am serving it.

This makes a good cheeseball, but not the greatest one I've ever had; average flavor, nothing to write home about!
