Makes: 3 cups
Description: This super easy and very yummy dip has a great fall flavor and goes great with apple slices, pear slices and graham crackers.
Ingredients:
1
8oz package cream cheese, softened
2 cups
confectioners' sugar
1
15 oz can solid-pack pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
3
teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1
teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2
teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add the pumpkin, pie spice, vanilla and ginger; beat until smooth. I make mine the night before I am serving it.
I make one similar to this and serve it with Teddy Graham cookies.

This cheddar, Vidalia dip gets a nice kick from an added cup of pepper Jack cheese. It's fun to serve with an assortment of crackers and bread sticks.
