Fast and easy Breakfast Bake
(24ounce) frozen shredded hash brown
butter or margarine, melted
(4ounces) shredded mix cheese
diced cooked ham
of mixed green peppers and onion mixed
small can of mushrooms
P at hash browns with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press into a well greased 9-in. pie plate, brush with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Reduced heat to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle cheese, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, over the hash browns. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper, when mixed pour over hash browns, then put in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-30min. or until a knife comes out clear. Let stand for 5-7min. before cutting, and enjoy. It makes about 6-8 servings.
