Makes: 2 Servings
Description: A delicious alternative to a hamburger!
Ingredients:
2
Portobello Mushroom Caps
1 1/2 cups
Balsamic Vinegar
2 cloves
Garlic, minced
To taste
Salt and Pepper
2 slices
Provolone
2
Kaiser buns
Instructions:
1.) Rinse Mushroom caps well, and place in shallow dish.
2.) Add garlic and Vinegar to bowl.
3.) Mix well, and allow to soak for a few minutes.
4.) Place mushrooms in hot pan, cap down, adding a spoonful or two into the gills. Cook for 5 minutes on medium/medium-high heat.
5.) Flip mushrooms, and place provolone on top.
6.) Continue cooking until the cheese is melted, and the mushroom is tender
