This cookbook is fantastic. Having been a vegetarian for 20+ years and raising our three children as vegetarians, I am always trying to find new healthy food ideas. This book is packed full of them. Berley has some super easy and equally tasty miso soups perfect for the chilly fall days ahead. The recipes are easy to follow and even better, most, if not all of the ingredients are usually in my pantry already so no need to run out to the store to pick up anything! My absolute favorite recipe is the whole wheat pasta with creamy walnut-portobello sauce. Yum!
