Makes: 12 Servings
Description: So easy and can be dressed up or down depending on occasion.
Ingredients:

Triscut Rosemary and olive oil crackers

Cherry tomatoes

Slices of fresh mozzarella cheese

Sprigs of parsley
Instructions:
Cut the cheese into slices to fit the cracker. (Use as much or as little as you want depending on taste)
Slice the tomatoes. I usually cut the ends off and slice down the center. Can also use roma tomatoes.
Stack the cracker with cheese, tomato and parsley.
Serve and enjoy.
