Peanut butter, oats and caramel cookies

Makes: 40 175C
The best cookies i have ever made. They are moist and delicious but you need to be a bit careful with the sugar or else it is going to be very sweet.
1 1/2 cups
all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups
peanut butter (smooth)
soft caramel pieces
Heat the oven to 175C
Beat peanut butter and butter in a large bowl with a hand mixer until creamy. Add sugar and beat until incorporate well blend in eggs and vanilla.
Mix oats, flour and baking soda then add to peanut butter mixture and beat them until blended.
Stir in the caramel pieces.
Drop teaspoonfuls of dough, 1 inch apartonto baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 min. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes and then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Baked these delicious cookies for a family get together. Definitely were a huge hit. I will be making these again soon.
