Makes: 24 bites
Description: These peanut butter snack bites are so easy and so delicious. I also love them as a healthy dessert option. Perfect grab and go snack for breakfast, snack, after school or anytime snack.
Ingredients:
2 cups
old fashion oats
1/2 cup
chocolate chips
1 cup
peanut butter
1/3 cup
honey
1 tablespoon
vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Let chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes
3 Use a tablespoon scoop to make small balls
TIP- I divided up the balls into sets of 3 or 4, wrapped them in tin foil, and stored them in the fridge to make it even easier to literally grab and go 🙂
