Makes: 4 ears of corn
Description: Grilled parmesean corn on the cob
Ingredients:
1/4 cup
parmesan cheese
4
ears of corn
4 tbsp
butter
4
ears of corn
4
sheets of aluminum foil
Instructions:
Shuck 4 ears of corn.
Place each ear onto a separate sheet of aluminum foil.
Rub 1 tbsp of butter onto each cob and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Wrap up each cob. Grill for about 20 minutes on medium heat, turning occasionally.
