To this day I can't seem to find a good felt tip liquid eye liner! I bought this a couple weeks ago, I used it once, but since the first time the pigmentation wasn't that good and it dried off in a couple of days...Now I know why I got it in clearance....it doesn't work at all, waste of money! Avoid at all costs!
