Description: This scrumptious, one pan meal will have the whole family coming back for more!
Ingredients:

Boneless skinless chicken breasts
8
Garlic cloves, crushed
4
large onions, diced in large chunks
3 Tbs
Olive Oil
1 Cup
Orange Juice
1 Tbs
butter or margarine
Instructions: Sautee garlic and onions in a large frying pan. Add Chicken and deeply brown both sides. Add orange juice (use more or less according to taste) and enough water to almost cover chicken. Cover pan and let simmer until chicken is completely cooked through, occasionally flipping chicken and stirring. Remove lid, continue to cook until most liquid is reduced, Add butter, stir, flip and cover chicken with the pan sauce. Serve over noodles or rice. Enjoy!
